Latino-American programming comes to Sims

  Sims Memorial Library will be sponsoring Latino-American Programming between Feb. 16 and March 16 at Sims Memorial Library, the Hammond Regional Arts Center and the Tangipahoa Parish Library. Latino-American Programming is a series of lectures, dance demonstrations, panel discussions, and viewings of the documentary film, “Latino Americans,” as a celebration of Latin American Culture. All events
