The trendy and artistic neighborhood of Ogden Park in Downtown Baton Rouge held its 3rd annual “Ogden Park Prowl” on Saturday, September 26 from 1 p.m to 6 p.m. The small festival displayed several local artists, businesses and bands from the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.
