Covington High School’s Way of Showing Their Home to the Community
Covington High School opens its doors to the community for their 5th Annual “MANE” Event that is part of the school’s homecoming celebration. The event takes place during homecoming week as a fundraising event for all of the school’s athletics, clubs, and Covington High’s other extra curricular activities. This year’s focus is an “Academic Spotlight” where there is an emphasis on the special programs that CHS has including the many different dual-enrollment classes offered and the classes that offer different professional certifications.
The “MANE” Event will kick-off at 5:00 on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at Covington High and will be a family-friendly event that includes a silent auction, games, food and entertainment provided by the student body, faculty, staff, and many other members of the CHS family. Admission is free for all and tickets for booths and activities will be sold in the Commons area of the school.
